I help people

befriend their

minds & bodies.

Back in the day, we were cave people that used our nervous systems correctly; relaxing as we lounged around in the sun, coupled with short bursts of running for our lives from the odd tiger before settling back into a regulated state.

Nowadays we aren’t being chased by real tigers; rather, we’re being stalked by metaphorical ones that look more like rush hour traffic and 120 unread emails.

This means that our nervous systems are often working overtime on high alert whether the threat is real (tiger) or perceived (120 unread emails).

This is where I come in.

I know a thing or two about a hyper vigilant - dare I say dramatic - nervous system.

I’ve spent the better part of 30 years riding the rollercoaster of nervous system (dis)regulation and quite frankly, it’s been exhausting!

The game-changer for me was truly understanding that anxiety, stress, and emotions live in the body. I realised I had to switch up my approach and honour my body’s crucial role in my emotional and mental health.

I don’t believe in magic bullets, but I do believe profoundly that every single one of us has the capacity to deal with whatever comes our way - we just have to learn how to harness that capacity.

If you’re ready to take that next step, let’s chat about how I can support you.

“Since starting with Kirsty, I have developed a profound sense of connection with my body. Pursuing this intimate relationship with myself allows me to correlate internal work with my external persona.”
