We offer somatic coaching services designed to support individuals in stress and anxiety relief,
nervous system regulation, and personal development. These services do not replace therapy,
counseling, medical advice, or treatment.


2. Eligibility

To use this Website or book a session, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission
of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.


3. Booking and Payment

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the booking platform on this site. Full
payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payment via Stripe. All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have
access to your full payment details.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the schedule session to receive a full refund or credit.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance via the booking link provided at the time of purchase.

5. Disclaimer

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are
experiencing severe emotional distress, mental illness, or a medical emergency, please contact
a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services.

All information provided in coaching sessions, courses, or content is for educational and
informational purposes only.


6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All sessions are held in confidence unless:

• Disclosure is required by law.
• There is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.
